Student Voice

Student Voice

We believe it is important to consult with our students and consider their opinions, ideas, and thoughts to help us evaluate what they like about their school and what we can do to make it an even better experience for them.

Students gain vital experience in developing their leadership skills through a variety of activities, including the Student Union, which is made up of student-elected representatives from each class.

Our Sixth-Form students are represented by our Head Boy and Head Girl. They act as the role models for students at CSB and share the voice of our students with the school leadership team. They also represent the school at various events both on and off campus.

We provide Secondary and Sixth Form students platforms to express themselves through focus groups that allow students to have a voice in reviewing, evaluating, and drafting potential changes school wide in areas such as teaching and learning, pastoral care, school events, and extra-curricular activities.
