The data will be stored in our school management system, Engage, and in any other platforms required for the admissions process. This includes the retention and processing of information for admissions assessments, interviews, and final decisions.
Please observe that all personal data processing will rely on your free given consent, expressed by voluntarily submission of request, as provided in art. 6 alin.1 paragraph a) GDPR. For this data processing, you have the right to withdraw your previously-given consent at any time, with consequence of deleting all personal data provided for this purpose. Withdrawal of consent will have effect only for the future and will not alter the legality of prior data processing. Also, under art. 5 alin. 1 GDPR, you must provide lawful and accurate information throughout the admission process, updating all relevant information if changes occur during the process.
During the admissions assessments, prospective students are required to follow the school’s rules and procedures linked to assessments and the use of ICT equipment. Data will be handled securely and with confidentiality, ensuring compliance with legal requirements at every stage of the admissions journey.
