Entry Levels
The British System is organised into year groups, which are then arranged into “Key Stages” that provide a structure for students’ entire school experience. Each Key Stage is designed to ensure that students receive the appropriate level of education and support as they progress through their academic journey.
Year placement is primarily based on the student’s age (i.e., date of birth) and takes into account the previous year groups or grades the student has completed. This ensures that students are placed in the correct year group, allowing for a smooth and consistent educational progression. Our admissions team carefully evaluates each student’s academic history to ensure they are placed in the most suitable year group at Cambridge School of Bucharest.
