How to Apply

The admission process for your child begins once the initial enquiry online form is completed. 

Once you’ve completed the initial enquiry form, one of our dedicated admissions team will get back to you within 24 hours (or slightly longer at weekends and holidays).

We accept admissions throughout the year and, subject to the availability of places, we are happy to welcome new students at any time.  Your child will be allocated to a class according to their date of birth.

Required Documents

The required documents for admission at Cambridge School of Bucharest are as follows:

  1. Initial Enquiry form (completed online).
  2. Medical History Form (provided by the School): to be completed and signed by the family doctor.
  3.  Immunisation Records or medical attestation of the student’s vaccination records and their dates from his/her doctor.
  4. Proof of age: a Birth Certificate or a true certified copy, for Romanian nationals. Birth Certificate translated into English or Romanian, Passport, and Residence Card, if applicable.
  5. Copy of the Romanian ID for students 14 years of age and above.
  6. Student’s School Transcripts for the last two years (if applicable).
  7. If the parents are divorced, the judicial decision related to the Guardianship of the student in Romanian or English.
  8. The Identification Document of each Parent/Guardian who signs the contract. For non-Romanians, the passport and residence permit, if applicable.
  9. One recent passport size photo.
  10. Copy of the results of the Cambridge Young English Learners (Starters, Movers, Flyers), KET, PET, CIPP, Checkpoint, IGCSE and AS exams (if applicable).
  11. Student interview report (provided by the School).
  12. CSB Placement test and results (provided by the School).
  13. Enrolment Form (completed online).
