TEDx 2016

TEDxCambridgeSchoolofBucharest 2016
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TED Talks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.
The theme of our TEDx CambridgeSchoolofBucharest event is "Ideas creating reality" and the team put together an inspiring setting to support and enhance spontaneity, creativity, joy of life, sense of self-value and cooperation. Speakers came from various domains: alternative tourism, top management, high-school volunteering programs, media and public speaking, music production, law and politics.
The main objective of TEDxCambridgeSchoolofBucharest is to promote broad and meaningful education. We believe that youth should benefit from example, from experiences and be inspired to create the new. Therefore, TEDxCambridgeSchoolofBucharest invites you to consider the possibility of learning a new way of building the world around you: by changing the way you think about yourselves.
