Remembrance Day 2018

The school held a special assembly to acknowledge 100 years of Remembrance Day. Our Head of Humanities, Mr. Jonathon, read the poem "In Flanders Fields" to convey the struggles of war and the significance of the poppy. We were honoured to have Commander McNally, the UK Defence Attaché to Romania, as a special guest, who spoke to the students about remembering the sacrifices others have made for our freedoms.
